Wemos D1 Mini TCP server with Dallas ds18b20 sampling temperatures updating via TCP over local in each location Raspberry Pi5 calls for temperature every 30 minutes (crontab), writes to a MySQL database and sends to Thingspeak.

Data collection from Raspberry Pi: includes temperature, turbidity, COTS detection, and pressure.
